About Quadyster AICE

Quadyster is standing up Quadyster AICE, our AI Center of Excellence: a dedicated internal team focused on building the capabilities, standards, and reusable assets that take enterprise AI from pilot to production. AICE will work on semantic data foundations, governed access control, MCP gateway engineering, and evaluation and observability for AI systems. Selected team members will be dedicated to AICE work.

This is a chance to move to the frontier of Quadyster’s technical strategy, build deep AI engineering skills, and shape how we deliver AI for government and commercial clients.

Eligibility

• Anyone currently working for Quadyster and/or at CBP Step 10 or above (Quadyster’s internal training program on modern tech stacks) can participate
• Selected members sign a 1-year binding agreement with AICE

What You Will Do
• Build and maintain AICE’s core platform assets: semantic data layers, governed access controls, MCP gateways, and evaluation pipelines
• Design, prototype, and harden LLM-based applications (RAG systems, agents, tool integrations) to production standards
• Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and internal standards for AI delivery across Quadyster and the customer ecosystem
• Run evaluations and observability for AI systems: quality, cost, performance, and safety
• Document and present work to leadership and, over time, to client stakeholders
• Mentor and share knowledge with the broader engineering organization and teams

Required Qualifications
• Strong programming ability in Python (or strong ability in Java/JavaScript with working Python)
• Working knowledge of SQL and data fundamentals (schemas, joins, data quality)
• Solid software engineering practices: Git, code review, testing, APIs (REST/JSON)
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals: prompting, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, context windows, token/cost tradeoffs
• Ability to learn fast and work independently on dynamic, evolving problems
• Clear written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with any LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI) or open models

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings pipelines, or search

• Exposure to agent frameworks, tool use / function calling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP)

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or any other major cloud environment) and containerization (Docker)

• Experience with data governance, access control, or security in enterprise environments

• Prior work on federal or commercial projects

Selection Process (3 Steps)

1. Screening test - a 75-minute online multiple-choice test on Python, data, and AI fundamentals

2. Project and presentation - shortlisted candidates complete a small practical AI project and present it

3. Final interview - a technical and motivation interview with the AICE Lead and leadership

Selection concludes September 15, 2026. Training runs September 15 to October 1. The team starts October 1.

Job Summary:
• Support and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x applications, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and related integrations.
• Investigate and resolve production support issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Analyze and troubleshoot integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise, manufacturing, laboratory, reporting, middleware, and EDI systems.

• Develop and support Oracle Forms and Reports, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Workflow, XML Publisher, PL/SQL, Java, APIs, interfaces, and concurrent programs.

• Coordinate regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for application changes, patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
