Fishers of Men Ministries

Crowd Funding web portal development. More details on functionality

Project Description
Quadyster team is involved in end-to-end implementation (Requirements gathering, Design, Development, Testing, and deployment in production). After Go Live, the Quadyster team provided post Go Live support for 60 days at no additional cost to the customer. During this post go live period, we trained the core customer team on how to maintain the website content. Right now, the customer is able to manage the site by themselves, and the Quadyster team helps the customer whenever they have a question or issue. As this is a WordPress website, upgrading the plugins and patches are taken care of by the customer team, and the Quadyster team helps whenever needed.

Project Challenge
The previous website was having navigation issues, and users were spending a lot of time trying to find out the information needed. It was not drawing much attention to the users, which in turn was not generating sufficient funds for the organization.

Project Solution
Quadyster team audited the entire website navigation and suggested redesigning the entire navigation and making the website more user-friendly to reach any information within 2 to 3 clicks. This website is a custom-made theme in WordPress.

Results
The new website is more dynamic and user-friendly, making it easier to navigate. It has attracted a significant increase in user engagement, along with a rise in the number of users sponsoring children. We followed an Agile development methodology, involving the customer in weekly meetings throughout the process. This ensured continuous feedback and alignment, resulting in a highly satisfactory outcome for the customer.
